you always make me think and look forward to Mondays…..ok, I hate Mondays and I don’t think about you until I see you in my email box. But, I always sit back and read your words in the quiet of the night of a hectic Monday. thank you

Carrie, you are the real deal. You always say something in your blog that mirrors exactly what I am feeling, only could not find the right words to convey. I always look forward to your blog.

I find myself relating to so much of what you experience & feel. I had a moment last night when I went “straight to anger” about my husband not coming home when I expected him to. I realized when I read your post that it was really more about me wanting him here to relate to. With managing 3 children under 12, 2 of which are special needs, I look so forward to seeing him come through the door at the end of a sometimes very overwhelming day for me. I need to learn to slow down & BREATHE…and heed my own advice about recognizing the blessings. Always. Thanks again for sharing.

Good thoughts. Also, I got a C in statistics. Visiting professor who didn’t speak English very well. Final on last day of finals week, just before I left for spring break. Enough said. Often grades are not a reflection of smarts. FYI.
