Who cares about being the palest, the weather down there didn’t give your white bodies any help but meeting both of you was the highlight of my trip. Special, special, special people!! Please keep up the writing, I want a copy of the first printing no matter what it is about. You have a talent, girl!

Hi Carrie! Thanks for sharing your blog about our Cancun trip! Well said/written! I can relate to your HIGH from the course–instant great new friends (I wish I got know you & Joe more, though), who HAVE so much affection for each other AND, as a result, inspiration from our BEing courageous/generous by sharing (DOing). I also relate to how hard it is/can be when it comes to mySelf (Being in) taking Action (Doing) around Having what I’d like (career, daily routine, my home environment–letting go of scarcity/holding onto things, etc.). It’s not easy, I’ve already been (BE) stuck… AND I’m not allowing mySELF to stay that way. It is a DAILY (sometimes hourly) struggle for me. And I’m snapping myself out of it –b/c my life depends on it, really… by checking in w/my sister who is helping me hold myself accountable. I think it’d be beneficial to buddy up w/someone from the trip (in addition to your spouse (my sister), b/c I find that we sometimes tend to allow each other to “slip” b/c–maybe they are, too). I’ve found that it takes intentional thought (like committing to take 10-15 min. daily to reread my notes/journal from the trip, & just get present to my purpose–what I’m out for in life–by putting it in to existence so I won’t forget. I put the conch shells I found in my bathroom & on my desk (to represent my purpose) so I keep the trip alive & what I got out of it. Still, all easier said than done–but almost everything is that’s worth something. And we are all WORTH IT!
